360 degree glass speakers
This just gave me the horn when it turned up in my inbox. A 360 degree glass speaker from Sony priced at around $10,000. Dunno if that’s each or not.

Midiator
Midiator seems to be an interesting and worthwhile hack for connecting ps2 controllers to MIDI devices without the grief. You can by the units ready made for $79.

Cheap micro PC for guitar pedal ++
Carrying on from the idea of the re-programmable guitar pedal, here is a company doing tiny, low power 500 mhz and 1.2ghz machines for 200 and 400 dollars:

Exercise bpm controller

Programmable guitar pedal
